Booking Modifications

Changes to bookings are subject to supplier policies and may incur additional fees. Some bookings may be non-modifiable.

You must provide accurate and complete information for all travelers, including correct spelling of names as they appear on travel documents.

Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to circumvent security measures
  • Sharing account credentials with others

7. Limitation of Liability

Important Notice: ticketing acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for the actual provision of travel services.

Service Limitations

  • We are not liable for supplier failures or service disruptions
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
  • Hotel overbooking or service quality issues
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking in question.
